+ Copyrights

Client agrees that any photos and information they provide to Us is either owned by the Client or the Client has permission to use the photos from the original source.

After an order is completed, copyright is assigned as follows:

Client will own the photos delivered by Us after order completion. We are not required to store delivered photos for more than 30 days after an order is completed.

We are proud of the work we do for our clients, and love to share it with the world. Client gives Us permission to use images and any other information provided to us and those images edited by us in our marketing efforts including displaying images, text, property information, client information and before & after comparisons on: websites, magazines, email marketing, social networks, print and other mediums used by us. Client also gives us permission to add our logo and text such as "Virtually Staged by Roomhance.com" on edited photos.

+ Work Completion

If Roomhance cannot complete an order for a Client for any reason, We agree to refund any payments to Client in a reasonable amount of time.

+ Liability

We are not in a position to know how Client will use the delivered work product or if another person / entity / company may view the work product as misleading or false when it used by the Client.

Client represents that they have permission to use photos they provide to us for editing, and will indemnify and hold harmless Roomhance from any third party for any loss, damages, cost, expense, claims or demands resulting from the use of our work by the Client.

+ Severability

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the terms.
